A Sneak Peek at My Upcoming Projects (And How You Can Help)

I did something I’ve never done in the past 3 years of my newsletter—I took two days off.

Yes, I know I can schedule these newsletters, and I probably will at some point this year.

But I truly do enjoy writing them every morning.

My team is uber-dedicated and I wanted to give them time off.

By not publishing the newsletter the past two days, it sent a clear message that we are NOT working.

And so today, I’m focusing my brain on strategizing the next 6-12 months.

Starting with my overall vision for troylarson.com.

It takes time to learn.

Most business professionals learn technology when they need to use it.

You probably know enough about AI to do what you need to do—and that’s all you want to know right now.

When I mention AI agents, LLM, RAG, it can feel like just more tech-y buzzword noise that you just don’t have the energy to dig into right now.

When I bring up n8n automations, you’re thinking about all of the automations you’ve played with in the past and how much time you wasted.

I share these same feelings.

So anytime I’m working on a new Coda pack or template, a new course or a new software . . . I picture my ideal audience.

• Very little time (if any) to learn anything unrelated to the current business operations

• Barely enough time to run a business, let alone manage automation support issues

• Very little time/money to “gamble” on the latest technology fads

I can picture this because I’m in the same boat with my time and my business.

So for the next 6-12 months, this is my focus:

I’m currently working on several packs and pack updates that I’ll be releasing soon.

UPDATED Coda Packs Course

With the launch of Coda brain, Coda packs will be more important than ever.

The first round of the Coda packs course taught me a lot and we got a lot of great feedback.

I’m making several improvements based on that feedback to make pack development more accessible to an even wider audience.
